With the graphical information of the architectural project provided by the client, we prepare an estimation of the fees for our collaboration. This estimation is based on the scales of fees set by the andalusian council of official architects associations (C.A.C.O.A.), and according to the criteria defined by national associations of structural consultants (ACE and ACIES) .
After the acceptance of the budget, our working group begins the design of the structure of the new project. Once structural design and sizing are compatible with the architectural project, clients receive an initial documentation where they can analyze the proposed structure and its relation with the architecture. At this point adjustments are usually incorporated either because the architecture has been modified, either because the proposed solution in redesign requires the approval of the architect author / director of the project.
Following this work, and having a consensus structure model, we start todevelop the final documentation of structure and foundation to incorporate to the executive project: redesign layouts-exploded drawings-details, reports and schedules of data required under current regulations (CTE, EHE, NCSE) ...
Before sending the results, our team applies an internal control to give the client the most definitive document as possible. Anyway, the subsequent adjustment process will remain open with the ultimate goal of adapting in the most optimal way to the final architecture.
